Overall, a stay worth considering if in the Heathrow area.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were new and nicely decorated, just a short 13-minute train ride away from Heathrow airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and the apartment had everything I needed, although there was a slight funny smell like an old take away meal. Being next door to the Hays & Harlington train station made it super convenient for exploring London, Heathrow, Slough, and Windsor.
Staying on the sixth floor and having to traverse the building with kids and luggage was quite challenging, but once settled, the room was a lovely surprise and a great start to our journey. The cleanliness and newness of the rooms were impressive, even though getting fresh linens and towels was a bit tricky.
